Terms & Conditions
We gladly accept returns on some items (see below)
Contact us immediately.
Dispatch items back within: 10 days of delivery
We don't accept cancellations once production has begun.
But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Digital downloads
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. There is a 15% restock fee which will be deducted from the refund.

Copyright: Orders of reproductions other than Country Ceramics images are accepted on the understanding that the copyright is vested in the client.
Quotations: Quotations are valid for 30 days. We reserve the right to change any part of the quotation if it contains errors or omissions.
Returns and refunds: If you receive goods in damaged condition, you must notify us by post or email within five days of receipt of the goods. Please check all products prior to installation. Claims cannot be considered once the products have been installed. Country Ceramics is not responsible for inappropriate use of its products. Customers should read the specification thoroughly. All our tiles are made to order only, we cannot accept cancellations once production as started. We do accept returns but not for tiles where your own design has been provided.
Custom Designs: Any sizes, colours & design elements for customised orders must be provided by the purchaser. Country Ceramics cannot be held responsible for errors or flaws in artwork supplied or reproduced in the printed tile.
Decorative Tiles: Some variation in shade or pattern may occur between batch productions, this is an inherent characteristic of the printing process. It is therefore advisable that the quantity of tiles ordered is sufficient to complete the project.
Design Representation: Images shown on the website may not be a true representation of the colours due to factors such as screen colour space, screen resolution etc, we advise customers to purchase a sample before placing their order.
Delivery of Goods: Delivery times quoted are approximate. Delivery times quoted will not start until payment is received. We are not responsible for damage which occurs after goods leave our premises; in the hands of postal or courier services etc. If you do receive goods damaged during delivery, please notify us immediately with photos of the damage and packaging and retain all relevant documentation so that an insurance claim can be made against the carrier insurers.
Shipping/Carriage: The client is responsible for any customs duties and/or taxes levied at the point of entry into the destination country.
Fixing Tiles: Care should be taken during installation and grouting to avoid damage. No refund of faulty tiles can be considered after the tiles have been installed. Certain products have a deliberate design and care should be taken to observe the direction of the patterning. No responsibility can be accepted once tiles have been fixed. Tiles can be used in most applications – we are happy to provide any advice relating to your end use. Please contact us if you have any queries. Tile care & fixing instructions are supplied with each delivery & can be found on this website. If these instructions are not followed, Country Ceramics cannot be liable or responsible for any problems that arise.
Law: Any contract between Country Ceramics and the client will be governed and constructed according to English Law and each party hereby submits to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
